Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for returns.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
